Executive Recruiter

K1 is one of the largest investors in small-cap enterprise software companies, and they are seeking an Executive Recruiter to support talent acquisition across their active portfolio. This role involves leading full-cycle searches, building candidate pipelines, and partnering with executives to fulfill hiring needs.

Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle searches from kickoff to close, across Manager-level to VP-level roles
Partner with portfolio company executives and K1 deal partners in leading searches end to end across the portfolio including phone/video/onsite interviews, managing all communication/coordination with candidates, scheduling/travel, conducting references/back channels, formal assessments, closing candidates, etc
Build a pipeline of qualified candidates through direct sourcing, referrals, and inbound applicants
Proactively introduce prospective candidates to both internal and external stakeholders. Maintain a pulse on the current and future needs of our companies- serve as a talent partner in the enterprise software space
Support execution of search best practices: update emails, candidate tracking, and stakeholder communication
Display strong industry acumen, including knowledge of SaaS roles, org structures, and functional expertise
Actively engage in team culture through involvement in fun-event planning, team reporting, and other extracurriculars (K1 Summits)

Required

0-4 years of recruiting experience, ideally in high-growth or SaaS environments
Demonstrated success in hiring for roles across multiple functions (Sales, CS, Marketing, Finance, HR, Product, etc.)
Proven ability to build and manage a high-volume candidate pipeline
Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
Experience with direct sourcing (LinkedIn Recruiter or equivalent tools) and full-cycle recruiting
Ability to operate independently and manage multiple searches simultaneously
Strong attention to detail, work ethic, and professional integrity
A team-player mindset with a passion for building great organizations
Bachelor's degree
