Work closely with partners and senior attorneys on a range of litigation matters, including health care–related disputes, class actions, commercial litigation, and arbitrations
Involvement in written discovery and motion practice
Manage matters with increasing autonomy
Qualification
Required
2–5 years of civil litigation experience
Experience with written discovery, legal research, and drafting motions
Strong academic credentials and excellent writing and analytical skills
Comfortable managing matters with increasing autonomy
Admitted in Texas or eligible to waive in
Preferred
Health care litigation or regulatory experience is a plus, but not required
