Responsibilities
Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow SPM modules including:
Demand Management
Project Portfolio Management (PPM)
Customize workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations related to SPM
Develop and enhance dashboards, reports, and performance analytics for portfolio visibility
Collaborate with product owners, PMOs, and technical teams to gather requirements and implement solutions
Qualification
Required
5+ years of ServiceNow development experience
Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow SPM / PPM
Expertise in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow scripting
Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP, MID Server)
Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and PMO processes
Preferred
ServiceNow SPM or CSA certification
Experience with Agile Development, SAFe, or DevOps modules
Experience in financial planning, portfolio optimization, or enterprise PMO tools
Banking or financial services domain experience (nice to have)
