Estuate, Inc. is seeking an Oracle Cloud R2P Functional Consultant with extensive experience in Oracle ERP solutions. The role involves implementing and configuring Oracle cloud ERP P2P flows, managing integrations, and engaging with clients to improve business processes.

Responsibilities

Overall 15+ years of experience in Oracle ERP domain with strong expertise in offering finance solutions covering E2E process flows in Requisition to Payments domain

Minimum 7+ years of experience implementing Oracle cloud ERP P2P flows

Exposure on Intercompany transaction flow in a global footprint is desirable

Experience in configuring and maintaining Fusion modules in R2P domain in multi ledger, multiple Business units with multiple languages environment is needed

Exposure to General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Purchasing and intercompany flows is preferred

Strong understanding of Oracle cloud footprint from a solution perspective (Integrations, Extensions, Personalization) in a global integration heavy footprint is needed

Experience in solutioning and maintain integrations across multiple edge systems is required

Ability to showcase and walkthrough solutions that address complex requirements

Customer engagement, stakeholder management

Strong consulting experience and business analytical skills to gather and document business requirements, lead troubleshooting analysis, perform functional configuration

Proven experience with guiding clients through business process improvements, and delivering process automation

Must have good communication to work closely with the business/product and IT owners, gather requirements and suggest best practices

Must be able to work independently with client users, partners and senior management

Ability to work in a complex global ERP footprint with a strong background on problem solving, Change management and documentation

Produce and deliver documentation for design, training and application administration

Fully comprehend client requirements and translate them into implementable solutions using leading Oracle Cloud practices and processes

Ability and willingness to collaborate and work cohesively in an onsite-offshore delivery model

EBS to Oracle Fusion Upgrade experience is preferred
