Sales Specialist
Westmont Living, Inc. provides a full spectrum of options in health care and housing, focusing on the comfort and care of their residents. They are seeking a Sales Specialist to join their regional support team, responsible for community sales and marketing to achieve occupancy and sales goals.
Responsibilities
Maintaining full accountability for the fulfillment of the mission of Westmont Living
Responsible for traveling throughout the Westmont Living Communities to assist in on-site community sales and marketing
Maintaining all occupancy standards
Increasing occupancy
Achieving sales goals set prior to each assignment
Accomplished through a combination of outreach, events and cultivating relationships with prospects, families and professionals
Qualification
Required
Have at least two years previous experience in marketing with a proven effective sales and/or leasing history
Have strong organizational skills as well as the ability to follow-up, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task; prioritize projects and objectives while meeting deadlines
Have proficient computer skills utilizing Microsoft Office, Excel, and Adobe
Have strong customer service skills
Have basic knowledge of budgets; creating, managing and compliance
Willing to travel 100%
Willing to stay within the community model and dine in community while on assignment
Competent in organizational, time management skills
Possess the ability to successfully integrate into new teams and different environments
Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed by the business, may require nights and weekends
