Responsibilities
Review bookkeeping work prepared by other team members
Ensure monthly financials are accurate, complete, and client-ready
Lead, train, and support a team of bookkeepers (2 direct reports currently)
Improve workflows, documentation, and internal processes
Assist with onboarding new clients and setting up bookkeeping systems
Serve as a technical resource for the bookkeeping function
Qualification
Required
Strong technical accounting and bookkeeping expertise
Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Comfort leading, mentoring, and developing a small team
