Responsibilities
Identify business and customer challenges, develop compelling narratives to support the initiative, and align with stakeholder teams
Proactively identify, track, and execute opportunities to improve operational performance and achieve key goals and targets
Create project plans, identify resources, and organize cross-functional teams to implement future state processes & tools
Collaborate with functional teams to develop business and/or technology solutions, conduct proof-of-concept, and obtain buy-in from key stakeholders
Be integral to the change management process to ensure adoption of new processes and tools, using performance metrics
Publish project trackers and flash reports to keep stakeholders informed about project status
Support annual operational planning, create a business plan with strategic initiatives and priorities supported by data and customer anecdotes
Support the creation, tracking, and execution of goals and operational metrics required to achieve the strategic objectives of the business
Qualification
Required
5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience with end to end product delivery
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience as a product manager or owner
Experience owning technology products
Preferred
Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
