Responsibilities
Processes transactions and reviews documentation to ensure requests have been completed accurately and in a timely manner
Identifies processing and workflow issues to provide input on procedure updates and changes for overall improvement and effectiveness of processing
Provides necessary reporting, quality assurance responses, audit responses, and relevant paperwork as requested
Builds knowledge to support training and education of other teams on various processes. Acts as a resource to crew, and assists with elevated issues
Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Minimum one year of related experience required
High school degree or GED required
Preferred
Experience in operations processing preferred
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience strongly preferred
