Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate L&D events—including the flagship people manager development program—from pre‑planning through post‑event follow‑up
Manage complex scheduling across multiple time zones, securing facilitators, venues, and participant availability while anticipating and resolving conflicts
Support onsite and virtual event logistics, including room setup, materials preparation, technology support, catering, participant check‑in, and vendor coordination
Provide timely, clear communication before, during, and after each event
Maintain accurate event records such as attendance rosters, registration lists, feedback surveys, and program documentation
Monitor registration and capacity, identifying sessions that require additional communication, resources, or scheduling adjustments
Collect and share post‑event feedback to evaluate program effectiveness and support continuous improvement
Contribute to broader HR initiatives, events, and projects that enhance the employee experience and employer brand

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
1–3 years of experience in event coordination, HR, or administrative support—ideally in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize competing demands
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer‑first mindset
Comfortable using scheduling tools and virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams)
Proactive problem‑solver who thrives in a collaborative team environment
Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
Experience with Learning Management Systems

Preferred

HR experience helpful but not required
Experience with catering orders, purchasing, invoicing, and cross‑system workflows is a plus
AA degree acceptable with relevant experience; Bachelor's preferred
SuccessFactors LMS experience is a plus
