Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic and operational plans to achieve organizational objectives, focusing on growth, efficiency, cost control, quality care, and talent development
Lead performance management processes, including coaching, evaluations, promotions, and disciplinary actions, ensuring compliance and consistency
Build and maintain strong relationships with physician leadership, aligning practice strategies with Navista’s goals
Collaborate with hospital systems to advance joint initiatives and partnerships
Monitor business conditions, provide insights to senior leadership, and recommend solutions to operational challenges
Champion a positive workplace culture, drive organizational change, and promote teamwork and employee engagement

Required

Proven executive leadership experience with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
Strong background in healthcare operations, finance, and strategy, with expertise in service marketing, asset utilization, billing, and physician collaboration
Demonstrated sound judgment and decision-making capabilities
Track record of effective people management and goal alignment
High emotional intelligence and ability to establish credibility across all organizational levels
Knowledge of complex payer environments, including ACOs, commercial payers, and value-based care models
Experience cultivating physician relationships and driving practice success
This position will report on a hybrid basis to practices in Fresno and San Diego, CA, and the selected candidate must live within a reasonable daily commuting distance to either region

Preferred

15+ years of experience preferred; minimum of 5 years in healthcare management and operations preferred
Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
MBA or MHA preferred
