Environmental Services
Responsibilities
Deliver plants, soil, mulch, and supplies to active job sites
Manage yard inventory and stage materials for crew departures
Handle yard debris removal and coordinate material flows
Troubleshoot and repair irrigation systems
Apply pesticides and herbicides (licensed applications with detailed logging)
Perform quality control checks and site clean-up on completed projects
Assist crews with specialized tasks like pruning or mulching when needed
Conduct routine vehicle inspections (fluids, greasing, minor repairs)
Maintain landscape equipment and identify repair needs
Ensure trucks and trailers are job-ready daily
Qualification
Required
Professional landscaping or horticulture experience - This role requires someone who understands plant material, landscape techniques, and quality standards
Current Massachusetts Pesticide Applicator License - Non-negotiable
Valid Driver's License with clean driving record
DOT Medical Card (or ability to obtain within 30 days - we'll reimburse)
Physical capability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors year-round
Truck/trailer experience - You'll be driving our vehicles and towing equipment
Preferred
Strong irrigation troubleshooting and repair skills
Pruning expertise and plant knowledge
Mechanical aptitude for equipment diagnosis and maintenance
Experience working with high-end residential clients
