The role involves supporting the manufacturing of aerospace superalloys, collaborating with engineers and shop floor personnel, and contributing to process improvements through data collection and technical writing.

Responsibilities
Assist with data collection, process trials, and developing new methods to improve operations
Review and summarize test results, maintaining meticulous records for easy review
Support our drive for excellence by finding internal and external opportunities for process optimization
Help create routings and process instructions, ensuring they are clear and up-to-date
Prepare reports and technical notes to document process improvements and solutions to challenges
Use your problem-solving skills to assist with root cause analysis and process improvements
Qualification
Required
Must be pursuing a Mechanical, Electrical (Automation), Metallurgical, Materials, or Chemical degree from an accredited program - with at least 2 years of coursework under your belt
You know your way around Microsoft Office and are eager to learn
You can communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with engineers and shop floor personnel
You're ready to work as part of a team, contributing your ideas and learning from others to achieve shared goals
Ability to handle light lifting (up to 50 lbs) and stand or walk for about half of your workday
You have an enthusiasm for engineering and a willingness to dive into real-world challenges
