Responsibilities

Define and drive the strategy for generative and agentic AI initiatives

Architect and build multi-agent systems, RAG pipelines, and custom LLM solutions

Lead and mentor a high-performing AI engineering team

Hands-on development, fine-tuning, and deployment of AI models and agents

Evaluate and implement AI platforms and frameworks (LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, OpenAI, Google Vertex AI, Azure AI, Claude)

Qualification

Required

Senior/lead experience in AI/ML with strong focus on NLP and LLMs

Hands-on expertise in generative AI, agent orchestration, prompt engineering, guardrails, and RAG

Experience building autonomous or multi-agent systems (LangGraph, CrewAI, ADK, or similar)

Strong Python skills and experience with PyTorch/TensorFlow

Ability to prototype AI-driven business use cases using tools like Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code, Bolt, or V0

Strong leadership and communication skills

Preferred

Experience with international (US/EU) clients

Cloud GenAI experience (Google Gemini, AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI)

Open-source contributions or published AI work
