Responsibilities
Develop case strategies, conduct legal research, and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests and responses
Manage and oversee all aspects of electronic discovery
Handle depositions, including expert witness preparation
Appear in court for hearings, status conferences and trials, as necessary
Qualification
Required
4 to 6 years in commercial business litigation
Experience with representing clients in all phases of commercial business litigation, including pre-litigation counseling, discovery, motion practice, trial and appeals
At least one federal court Admission
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
Strong academic credentials
Excellent technical, written, and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with other practice areas to provide comprehensive solutions to clients
