Responsibilities
Assist customers in finding the right mattress using the bedMATCH diagnostic sleep system
Provide exceptional customer service in a relaxed and educational shopping environment
Work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Lift up to 75 pounds and assist customers with loading their mattress purchases onto their vehicles
Utilize state-of-the-art technology including tablets and mobile point of sales (POS)
Maintain a team-oriented attitude and high energy in the sales environment
Qualification
Required
Availability to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and all weekends
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, reset the showroom floor, and assist customers with loading their mattress purchases onto their vehicles
Provide customers with a relaxed, low pressure and educational shopping experience focusing on improving their lives through sleep solutions
Use state of the art technology including tablets, mobile point of sales (POS), and the exclusive bedMatch system
A winning team-oriented attitude, high energy, and enthusiasm
Enjoy meeting and interacting with customers and understanding their needs
Preferred
Bilingual with equal fluency in verbal and written English and Korean or other languages a plus!
