Responsibilities

Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the primary interface for OEM customers, building strategic relationships, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through tailored account plans and training initiatives
Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to grow market share and margin, identify and secure new OEM customers, and propose recovery plans to address potential order shortfalls
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams to align customer needs with business goals, share market insights, and facilitate effective communication across departments
Market Intelligence & Value Creation: Monitor competitor activity, understand customer business drivers, and create added value through cross-selling opportunities and streamlined engagement with ABB

Required

Bachelor's degree (preferred but not necessary) with 3+ years of relevant experience, particularly in the electrical industry and with ABB products
Proven ability to work with OEM customers and channel partners, manage complex contract negotiations, and respond quickly to customer needs
Strong in technical applications, proposal development, and use of analytical software and sales tools; Six Sigma or equivalent quality training preferred
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with experience leading discussions and building strong customer relationships
Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US
