Fund Treasury & Operations Manager

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day treasury operations, cash management, and hedging activities across multiple investment vehicles
Manage fund finance and credit facility operations, including approval of funding draws, repayments, and coordination of investment funding
Ensure sufficient liquidity and credit availability to support investment and operating activities
Coordinate investment closings, funds flow, and trade operations in partnership with deal teams and fund accounting
Oversee lender reporting, compliance certifications, and adherence to financing agreements
Produce and distribute daily, weekly, and periodic internal management reporting
Oversee transfer agent relationships, dividend distributions, and related investor-facing operational processes
Support oversight of third-party administrators and service providers
Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting cycles, including regulatory and compliance-related filings
Identify, analyze, and help resolve accounting, operational, and reporting issues
Interface with external auditors, internal audit, and other third-party stakeholders
Participate in special projects, ad hoc analysis, and process improvement initiatives

Required

6–12 years of relevant experience in fund treasury, fund operations, fund finance, or investment operations
Strong understanding of investment fund structures, cash management, and hedging strategies
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial information
Highly motivated, self-directed professional with strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
Commercial mindset with high standards of integrity and accountability
Ability to synthesize complex information into actionable recommendations
Strong prioritization and project management capabilities

Preferred

Professional certification preferred (CPA or equivalent)
