Responsibilities

Collect and analyze data related to productivity, labor, and cost
Conduct time studies, workflow observations, and waste identification activities
Map current-state processes and support the development of future-state workflows
Assist with piloting new tools and processes in shops
Test the use of timers to improve adherence to production processes standards

Required

Recent or current undergrad/grad students who have or will graduate between May 2025 - May 2027
Holds a recent degree or pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or similar areas of study
Strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc
Has intellectual curiosity, is passionate about learning, and ready to take on new opportunities
Strong communication skills (written & oral) with attention to detail
Ability to engage and work with cross-functional partners across the organization
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, shift priorities, and work under tight timelines
Ability to efficiently work in an office environment
And of course, loves doughnuts!
