Responsibilities
Define and communicate the product vision and strategy to stakeholders
Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with business goals and customer needs
Drive planning and translating business goals into actionable features and user stories and backlog
Partner closely with CX, UX design, authoring and development teams to drive delivery
Lead Agile ceremonies and collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and manage expectations
Identify and resolve cross-team dependencies and risks to maintain delivery commitments
Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies and competitive benchmarks to inform product strategy
Ensure all digital experiences meet accessibility, compliance and brand standards
Continuously seeking effectiveness and efficiency opportunities
Qualification
Required
Strategic thinker with a knack for execution
5+ years of hands-on web marketing and/or digital delivery experience in a matrixed environment
Strong knowledge of UX principles, user journeys and web best practices
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to drive alignment across stakeholders
Creative problem-solving skills to address complex challenges and deliver value
Experience leading Agile ceremonies
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred
Strong understanding of the Adobe stack (Adobe Analytics, Adobe Campaign, Customer Data Platform, Journey Optimizer, Marketo, Experience Manager, DAM, Target, Workfront)
Experience working with onshore, offshore and remote resources
