Responsibilities
Develop and maintain efficient software solutions using Java, C#, Python, .NET, and Spring Boot
Enhance and transition on-prem applications to AWS, ensuring alignment with project timelines
Design and implement serverless architecture patterns for containerized applications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and optimize APIs and connectivity protocols
Drive best practices in software development, including Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD)
Participate in Agile development activities, including sprint planning and retrospectives
Mentor team members and lead code reviews to foster a culture of continuous improvement
Provide 24/7 on-call support as part of the team rotation
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in full-stack development, particularly with Java and related technologies
Strong understanding of cloud services, especially AWS components
Proficiency in version control systems, specifically GitHub or GitLab
Ability to write and design unit tests using various methodologies
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
Effective communication skills, both technical and non-technical
