Responsibilities
Understands and can provide assembly assist at any assembly sequence level, accomplishing all basic tasks with limited supervision
Positions a limited listing of metal products according to knowledge of unit being assembled or following drawings, accurately reads taped measurements
Understands and recognizes basic construction principles, square, level, and plumb
Fastens limited listing of metal products together with bolts, screws, clips, rivets, or other fasteners
Assists with repairs and rework of basic items as directed prior to building or enclosure shipment
Other duties as assigned

Qualification
Required
High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Understands and can provide assembly assist at any assembly sequence level, accomplishing all basic tasks with limited supervision
Positions a limited listing of metal products according to knowledge of unit being assembled or following drawings, accurately reads taped measurements
Understands and recognizes basic construction principles, square, level, and plumb
