Communications Consultant-Customer Acquisition/Customer Performance

Responsibilities

Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns for multiple energy efficiency programs in partnership with program specialists and the marketing agency
Translate program goals into clear creative briefs and oversee the development of breakthrough, effective creative work
Support program implementers with marketing alignment, execution, and reporting. Drive improvements in media and messaging at the implementer level as needed
Review, monitor, and evolve paid media plans
Analyze customer, market, and performance data to inform strategy and campaign optimizations
Leverage customer segmentation to build targeted media personas
Manage stakeholder relationships across business units and with external partners

Required

8+ years of advertising and/or marketing experience in a corporate role or at an agency. Note: A Master's degree will count as one year of experience. A partial year of six months or more experience will be rounded up to one year
Experience in performance marketing or acquisition marketing strategy
Proven success leading multi-channel campaigns across digital (programmatic and direct), social (Meta, LinkedIn), email marketing, and Google Ads
Proven success managing cross-functional teams
Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, customer-facing messaging
Experience with campaign performance analysis and optimization
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently
Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills

Preferred

Previous experience in program or product marketing management
Familiarity with marketing regulated programs
Familiarity with basic CX principles
Experience working with marketing automation platforms
