Responsibilities

Oversees the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of clinical and business information systems

Assigns tasks, monitors performance, provides guidance, and ensures adherence to policies and procedures

Provides application trouble shooting, integration support, project planning, execution and monitoring

Provides leadership to recruit, develop, engage, and retain a high-performing team

Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration on initiatives

Collaborates with Manager of Clinical and Business Systems in identifying resource needs and recommends acquisition of additional resources when necessary

Fosters a culture of continuous improvement to achieve organizational goals

Manage performance metrics and reporting to track team effectiveness and performance improvement

Collaborates with other Information Systems and Digital Technology (ITDS) and clinical teams to resolve issues and implement solutions
