Greet customers, determine their needs and address any related questions or concerns
Ensure customer needs are taken care of and expectations have been met/exceeded
Follow-up with customers through callbacks, client cards and/or thank-you notes
All other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated and enthusiastic, with a strong desire to accomplish specific goals
Dependable, presentable and personable with the public
Basic computer and typing skills needed
Must be able to multi-task, pay attention to details and follow through with assigned tasks
Preferred
Previous sales experience helpful but a great attitude is essential
