Required
3+ years of experience representing companies and/or financial institutions in single-plaintiff litigation
Solid understanding of civil procedure
Experience taking and defending depositions and drafting pleadings
Active New York Bar license required
Excellent academic credentials and strong written and oral communication skills
Preferred
Strong preference for experience with consumer loan litigation, including loan agreements and modifications, contracts, wrongful foreclosure, and mortgage-related disputes
Experience appearing in New York state and federal courts strongly preferred
New Jersey, Pennsylvania, or Delaware licensure is a plus
