Provide Level 1/Level 2 help desk and onsite field support
Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
Diagnose and resolve OS, application, and basic network issues
Perform hardware replacements and cabling tasks
Travel to client or office locations in and around Everett, WA as needed
