They are seeking a Senior Market Research Associate to support the U.S. Residential Mortgage-Backed Business team in managing relationships and developing business opportunities.

Responsibilities
Support the RMBS business head in managing and developing relationships with issuers and bankers
Prepare business development reports and participate in external meetings and conferences
Contact external stakeholders, organize meetings and prepare materials
Screen new business opportunities and generate engagement agreements from Salesforce
Run pipeline and market share reports for strategic insights
Ability to analyze and evaluate data effectively for marketing purposes
Update and maintain data in the Salesforce CRM system as well as relevant market research
Research, develop, and prepare pitch books, presentations and marketing materials in collaboration with senior SF management, the Marketing Department, and other stakeholders as required
Work with Marketing and Events teams on RMBS events and research distributions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business, Finance, or Economics
At least 2 years of relevant work experience, with knowledge of debt capital markets, RMBS or Structured Finance a plus
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective relationship building
Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills; experience using Salesforce is a plus
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with high attention to detail
Preferred

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented with strong relationship-building skills
