Responsibilities
Facilitate day-to-day campus activities to ensure seamless operations
Support faculty and administration in achieving teaching excellence and student success objectives
Oversee academic schedules, clinical site coordination, and other academic affairs
Provide proactive support for student engagement, progress, and retention
Monitor and track student attendance, grades, and overall academic performance
Collaborate with faculty to implement early interventions for at-risk students
Advise students on course scheduling, resolve scheduling conflicts, and provide ongoing academic guidance
Coordinate student counseling for drops, terminations, or repeats, while identifying opportunities for re-enrollment
Facilitate the student clearing process in partnership with the financial aid team
Ensure compliance with institutional policies and standards
Support enrollment management reporting and track within-term drops to achieve retention goals
Follow up with students on attendance issues and document resolutions
Act as a key leader in campus operations, supporting the Campus Administrator in strategic initiatives
Assist in the design, implementation, and oversight of student services programs
Engage with students, faculty, and staff to foster a collaborative and supportive campus environment
Provide additional support for operational activities and special projects as needed
Qualification
Preferred
