Commercial Lines Account Manager
Summit Bridge Partners is seeking a skilled and client-focused Commercial Lines Account Manager to manage a diverse book of business and deliver exceptional service to their commercial clients. The role involves managing and servicing assigned commercial accounts, focusing on client retention and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Manage and service assigned commercial accounts with a focus on retention and client satisfaction
Handle renewals, marketing, policy changes, and coverage reviews
Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor
Collaborate with producers and carriers to ensure timely, accurate policy delivery
Identify opportunities for account growth and cross-selling
Qualification
Required
Active Property & Casualty license
4+ years of commercial lines account management experience
Strong knowledge of carrier systems and commercial coverages
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Proven success in managing and growing client accounts
Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and services
Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple timelines effectively
EPIC or AMS360 experience is required
