Responsibilities
Maintain and update accounting records using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks)
Monitor and manage accounts receivable and payable
Respond to client billing inquiries with professionalism and accuracy
Perform regular internal audits of financial records and transactions
Support management with financial reporting and reconciliations
Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely invoicing
Help build and refine systems to improve workflow and accountability
Qualification
Required
3+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
Experience with client billing
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable communicating with clients and internal teams
Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
Proficiency with Quickbooks and Microsoft Excel
A team player who enjoys working in a collaborative, in-person environment
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field preferred
