Lead design & development with Java + Spring Boot
Mentor engineers & foster innovation
Partner with stakeholders on technical strategy
Architect & implement cloud-native solutions on AWS (EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, IAM, etc.)
Ensure applications meet world-class standards in availability, scalability, performance, observability, and security
Collaborate with DevOps/SRE on CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and reliability engineering
Qualification
Required
10+ years in software engineering, with 3–4 years in leadership
Expert in Java, Spring Boot, RESTful services
