Responsibilities
The associate will work closely with partners and senior attorneys on employment litigation, workplace counseling, and compliance matters, including wage and hour issues, discrimination and retaliation claims, and employment policies and investigations
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in labor and employment counseling and/or litigation
Experience representing employers in federal and state court matters
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
Comfortable managing matters with increasing autonomy
Admitted in Texas or eligible to waive in
