Client Service Coordinator w/ Rack Refrigeration Background

The Client Services Coordinator will supervise facility maintenance requests, manage work orders, and provide exemplary customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Estimate and negotiate single trade facilities maintenance projects
Coordinate 30 to 50 work orders simultaneously
Source and manage subcontractors to execute repairs within budget and on time
Provide exemplary customer service and communication
Use various computer tools to communicate project information per company procedures
Receive OSHA 30 Certification within 6 months of hire date (Paid for by Employer)
Qualification
Required
Heavy Rack Refrigeration experience
System Knowledge: Understanding how multiple compressors, condensers, evaporators, and electronic controls work together to manage temperatures across multiple refrigerated cases
Maintenance & Repair: Experience with oil management, leak detection, and troubleshooting complex electrical/refrigerant issues
Technical Skills: Managing suction/discharge pressure, controlling defrost cycles, and optimizing energy efficiency
Industries: Usually involves working in grocery stores, warehouses, or food processing, often focusing on commercial HVAC/Refrigeration jobs at companies like Walmart
Complexity: Dealing with systems that, unlike single units, can be tailored for high-capacity needs specialized knowledge in installing, maintaining, and repairing large-scale, centralized, parallel compressor systems, most commonly found in supermarkets and cold storage facilities
Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a high volume of work orders in a fast-paced work environment
At least 6 months of trade-specific background or knowledge. For example, one or more of the following: plumbing, HVAC, electrical, refrigeration, mechanical systems, may include construction projects, DYI projects, family construction, handyman or renovation business experience, Trade school degree
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills

Significant phone and computer fluency; type ~55+ words per minute
Sense of urgency

Ability to quickly learn work order management systems
Demonstrated excellence in customer service
Mastery of written and spoken English

Must be willing to work on-call shifts (remotely)
