Responsibilities

Lead and develop a New York based team of 12 colleagues
Work with teams from across Finance and beyond to understand and report on the company’s holistic performance
Communicate complex ideas clearly and succinctly for senior audiences
Be first point of contact for PwC regarding external reporting disclosures
Use curiosity and reporting acumen to identify opportunities to improve our external financial disclosures
Provide external perspective through participation in industry groups and peer benchmarking
Leverage technical and reporting expertise to support critical Company initiatives

Qualification

Required

Strong technical understanding of US GAAP and SEC reporting regulations (public accounting experience a plus)
Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
Proven ability to build, maintain and leverage relationships across the organization
Strong analytical skills and an attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to drive change, including process and control enhancements
Agile mindset – positive, can-do attitude with the flexibility to adapt
Ability to thrive and succeed in a fast paced, dynamic environment
