This seasonal role involves a variety of maintenance tasks, including equipment repair, trail construction, and support for wildfire suppression efforts.

Responsibilities
Providing trade services related to the repair and preventative maintenance of equipment and infrastructure within the Pinchot Forest District
Mowing grass with lawn care equipment, installing and maintaining signs and gates, and setting up kiosks throughout the Pinchot State Forest
Constructing and maintaining trails and roads, as well as clearing snow from sidewalks and parking lots using basic snow removal tools
Supporting wildfire suppression efforts by maintaining equipment and participating in related activities
Qualification
Required
Two years of experience in general maintenance work which has involved at least two of the building, electrical, or mechanical trades; or any equivalent combination of experience and training that affords the applicant with the Required Knowledges, Skills, and Abilities
Possession of a valid Pennsylvania Class C Driver's License
Must meet the PA residency requirement
Must be able to perform essential job functions
