Responsibilities
Own l2/;3 support for Java Applications, torbleshoot issues and resolve incidents within SLAs
Perform root cause analysis,create permament fixes wih dev/infra teams and maintain runbooks/knowledge base
Monitor Application health, cordinate incident calls and communicate status to business stakeholders
Guide and mentor the support tea and with offshore/remote teams as needed
Perform peer reviews and ensure that enhancements meet the required performance standards

Qualification
Required
5+ years of professional experience in Java Full Stack Development and enterprise solution design
Own l2/;3 support for Java Applications, troubleshoot issues and resolve incidents within SLAs
Perform root cause analysis, create permanent fixes with dev/infra teams and maintain runbooks/knowledge base
Monitor Application health, coordinate incident calls and communicate status to business stakeholders
Guide and mentor the support team and with offshore/remote teams as needed
Perform peer reviews and ensure that enhancements meet the required performance standards
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
3-8 years of experience in Java, Spring Boot, Apache Camel
Exposure to Azure Spring Apps, Azure Service Bus, Enterprise Integration patterns
Expertise in integrating DB patterns with Spring JPA
Knowledgeable in software development design patterns
Experience on XML, XSLT, and JSON
Experience on CICD tools such as SonarQube, Git Actions
Experienced on Agile methodology
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Solid experience on unit test frameworks using JUnit, Mockito or PowerMock
Experience in Insurance domain is a plus
Good to have GIT, Swagger, any middleware tech such as Active MQ or Azure Service Bus
Good API skills technology such as Rest Webservice
