Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end production lifecycle for high-quality, design-led lifestyle collections
Develop and deliver a global production strategy that supports creative vision and long-term growth
Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing production team with clear accountability and progression
Build and nurture trusted relationships with international factories and suppliers, negotiating quality, cost, and timelines with confidence
Partner closely with Design and Commercial teams to bring new collections and bespoke projects to market seamlessly
Champion rigorous quality standards across production, warehousing and fulfilment
Manage production budgets, capacity planning, and timelines to support revenue and growth targets
Qualification
Required
An experienced production leader with deep experience in sourcing and production
Highly experienced in managing overseas suppliers and offshore manufacturing
Background in a premium lifestyle, fashion, interiors or other design-led consumer brand
A collaborative leader who brings cross-functional teams together around shared goals
Strong in building and evolving workflows, SOPs, and KPI frameworks
Commercially astute, a confident negotiator, and a clear communicator
Detail-focused yet strategic, comfortable moving between hands-on production and senior-level planning
