Responsibilities

Work closely with internal and external customers and other departments, researching all approaches to meet client needs
Use positive customer relations skills to communicate accurately, clearly detailed and professionally
Liaison with Processing Teams, Client Care Center, Financial Advisors, and Relationship Managers
Evaluate and resolve escalated and high priority cases using research skills and alternative approaches

Required

2+ years of experience on a Retirement Services processing team or in the Client Care Center
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Must be able to display strong letter writing and email etiquette when communicating internally and externally
Extraordinary attention to detail, accuracy, and quality
VSystem, AWD, Agilenet, SAP, Lotus Notes databases experience
Proven problem solving skills and the ability to meet deadlines
Ability to prioritize and manage caseload
