ImpactLife is seeking a dynamic individual to join their organization as an Account Manager. This role involves educating and working with community sponsor groups to host blood drives, utilizing marketing, sales, territory, and networking skills.

Educate and work with community sponsor groups to host blood drives throughout our service territory

Network with potential blood drive hosts such as local businesses, community groups, and high schools

Qualification

Required

Sales experience including cold calls and business development required

Be able to travel within the Blood Center territory and possess a valid driver's license as well as the ability to be insurable by ImpactLife

Must be able to report to the assigned office on a routine basis. Will spend most days working in the field with blood drive partners. May spend 1-2 days per week at home or in the ImpactLife office

Pre-employment drug screen, background check, and motor vehicle report are required

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or communications preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered

Previous experience in donor or volunteer recruitment preferred
