Construction

Responsibilities

Install, inspect, and repair heating, cooling, and ventilation systems
Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in HVAC systems
Perform routine maintenance, including cleaning, filter replacements, and system tune-ups
Ensure all work meets safety and industry regulations
Maintain accurate service records and document repairs and installations
Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients about system performance, issues, and solutions
Work independently or as part of a team to complete assigned jobs efficiently
Stay up to date with industry advancements and best practices

Qualification

Required

High school diploma or equivalent (Technical school or HVAC certification preferred)
Minimum [X] years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair
Knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical components, and refrigerants
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in various weather conditions and lift heavy equipment
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Excellent communication and customer service skills

EPA certification (Preferred)
