Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of an AWS Control Tower–based Landing Zone in AWS GovCloud (US)
Own the foundational cloud environment that application teams will rely on for years
Serve as the technical authority for AWS Organizations, identity integration, security guardrails, and governance in a regulated GovCloud environment
Design, implement, validate, and explain the environment to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Required

Senior AWS architect experience
Experience in designing and implementing AWS Control Tower-based Landing Zones
Technical authority for AWS Organizations
Experience with identity integration
Knowledge of security guardrails and governance in a regulated GovCloud environment
Strong technical judgment
Ability to guide client decisions
Discipline to balance compliance requirements with developer productivity
Experience in hands-on implementation
Ability to design, implement, validate, and explain the environment to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
