Senior B2B Sales Manager – Enterprise SaaS
LoopIQ is an AI-Native, Compliance-First SDLC & IT Operations Platform. They are seeking a Senior B2B Sales Manager to lead enterprise revenue growth, focusing on full-cycle enterprise sales with direct incentives tied to ACV performance.

Responsibilities
Own end-to-end enterprise sales cycle: prospecting → discovery → demo → POC → negotiation → close
Build and execute high-performance outbound campaigns using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and HubSpot
Manage and close complex enterprise SaaS deals ($25K–$250K+ ACV)
Build and maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and CRM discipline in HubSpot
Engage C-level and VP stakeholders across Engineering, Security, Compliance, and IT
Lead enterprise evaluations, security reviews, legal, and procurement cycles
Partner closely with founders, product, and engineering to refine messaging, demos, and GTM strategy
Qualification
Required
7–12+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with enterprise deal ownership
Proven record of consistent quota attainment and large deal closures
Hands-on experience with Sales Navigator, Apollo, and HubSpot CRM
Experience selling to engineering, IT, security, and compliance stakeholders
Strong executive presence, discovery, demo, and negotiation skills
Applicants must have unrestricted US work authorization (US Citizen or Permanent Resident)
Preferred
Experience selling DevOps, SDLC, ITSM, Compliance, or Security platforms
Startup / early-stage sales experience (Seed → Series A)
Familiarity with compliance frameworks: SOC2, SOX, HIPAA, PCI, ISO
