Responsibilities
You will will install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, peripherals, and protocols
You will investigate hardware problems and performs system hardware and communication connection repairs
You will assist in the installation and troubleshooting of networking hardware, peripherals, and protocols
You will perform diagnostic testing
You will respond to inquiries and requests for assistance within the organization's computer systems
You will identify problems, troubleshoots and provides advice to assist users, coordinates with other IT areas to resolve problems as necessary
You will ensure technology resources are operational and available for use by supported organizational programs and departments. Some project management as needed
Qualification
Required
Requires Associates/two-year degree in IT or related field or three years of experience in computer operations, basic networking and telecommunication support, or providing technical computer support to users
Other combinations of experience and education that meet the minimum requirements may be substituted
Must possess excellent communication skills
Preferred
Certifications in A+, Network+, and/or MCSE are desirable but not required
Bilingual in Spanish/English desired but not required
