Responsibilities

Develop relationships with clients through proactive outreach and helpful experiences
Interact and help customers who are past onboarding to deepen relationships and encourage interaction with our advisors and planners
Partner with planners and advisors through referrals to ensure that we deliver meaningfully differentiated experiences based on customer needs
Manage a queue of outbound tasks to engage clients around their available financial planning options, help with immediate needs, and set the next step for their interactions with Empower
Handle inbound calls and scheduled appointments as needed to orient customers, help enroll in financial planning, and perform planning reviews
Uses online planning tools and conversation guides to enhance conversations and experiences
Support Empower Financial planners in plan development and implementation
Meet monthly performance expectations and implement coaching to achieve goals

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional work
FINRA Series 7, 63, & 65 or equivalent required within corporate-established timelines
FINRA fingerprinting required
Previous experience in inbound and outbound phone roles
Consultative skills to understand needs and present customer-focused solutions
Demonstrated success in performance roles or other similar experience
Experience managing multiple priorities and ability to handle stressful situations and customer interactions consistently
Suitable at-home space to focus on work and be on camera in meetings

Preferred

Candidates with Series 7 and/or Series 65 or equivalent preferred
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software and ability to learn new technology systems
