Responsibilities
Perform collision repairs, including structural, body, and panel repairs
Repair and replace damaged body components to manufacturer specifications
Conduct frame and unibody repairs using approved measuring and alignment systems
Weld, straighten, sand, prep, and finish vehicle components as required
Disassemble and reassemble vehicles accurately and efficiently
Identify hidden damage and communicate repair needs to estimators or management
Ensure all repairs meet OEM and safety standards
Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
Properly document work performed and follow shop procedures
Work collaboratively with painters, estimators, and technicians
Qualification
Required
Extensive experience as a Collision Body Technician, preferably with foreign or luxury vehicles
I-CAR and OEM certifications (BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Porsche, etc.)
Familiarity with ADAS-related repairs and calibrations
Proficiency with frame machines, welding equipment, and body repair tools
Experience working with aluminum and advanced composite materials
Strong knowledge of modern collision repair techniques and materials
Ability to read and follow repair plans and OEM procedures
High attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
