Senior IT Enterprise Policy and Requirements Consultant

Responsibilities
Ensure Joint Staff J2 policy preferences are represented in Defense Intelligence Information Enterprise (DI2E) and Joint Information Environment (JIE) governance bodies
Synchronize DI2E and JIE operational requirements and capability gaps to ensure technical and operational interoperability and data sharing goals are met
Support Joint Staff J2 leadership in various DI2E and JIE technical working groups, matching requirements and capability needs to documented interoperability and data sharing gaps
Perform alignment activities of strategic directives and priorities to IT and technology-focused mission objectives
Facilitate operational concepts and requirements information exchanges, including integrating DIA's CDF development/operations activities to OUSD(I&S)'s DCGS/DIE Modernization and Innovation Pathways efforts
Develop IT-related and operationally-focused requirements documents, including CONOPS, Joint Use Cases (JUC), and real-world scenarios based on Defense Planning Guidance and Operational Plans
Perform requirements mapping, including identification of DIA CDF, DIA MASINT, DCGS/DIE Service and CSA capability gaps and CCMD Integrated Priority Lists (IPLs)
Provide strategic advice, technical guidance, and expertise to organizational senior leadership and policymakers
Demonstrate extensive ability to define problems, supervise studies, and lead surveys to collect and analyze data to provide advice and recommend solutions
Qualification
Required
Active TS/SCI (CI Poly Preferred)
Master's degree in a related field, or Bachelor's degree with 13+ years of experience
12+ years of experience in IT strategy, enterprise policy, and requirements management
Extensive experience with Defense Intelligence Enterprise (DIE), DI2E, and JIE governance
Strong background in Joint Staff operations and DoD senior leadership engagement
Experience with DCGS, ISR, and intelligence systems integration
Proficiency in Windows applications including MS SharePoint and MS Office suite
Preferred
Experience with OUSD(I&S) and Joint Staff J2 coordination
Background in multinational doctrine and interoperability initiatives
Knowledge of IMINT, MASINT, and sensor integration
