Senior Technical Program Manager, Search, Security Infrastructure

Responsibilities
Drive clarity and strategic decisions with cross-functional stakeholders, and provide clear communication and visibility on progress, dependencies, and risks to engineering teams and leadership
Partner with engineering, product, and security leadership to define, shape, and evolve the long-term security roadmap and strategy for Search
Apply deep technical, business, and program management expertise to identify, assess, track, and mitigate security risks across Search products and infrastructure
Develop and implement scalable frameworks for proactive security risk management, streamline processes to accelerate execution, and build efficiencies
Build and maintain strong, strategic partnerships with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and land impactful changes for the organization's security needs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
8 years of technical program management experience, with a focus on infrastructure projects
3 years of experience within the security domain
Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional team collaboration
Preferred
8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
Ability to quickly learn and understand the technical context of programs. Ability to contribute to technical discussions
Ability to interact with technical and non-technical audiences, spanning all functions and organizational levels
Excellent organizational, analytical, prioritization, communication and influencing skills. Ability to manage multiple concurrent complex interactions with geographically disparate teams
Excellent skills influencing and delivering solutions in a highly complex, always changing environment
