Preparing reports
Distributing mail
Maintain office supplies
Process FAA mandated paperwork
Enter pilot attendance
Process CRAF forms
Process all Pilot Proffer bids and awards
Pilot recalls, retirements, and termination
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma/GED
2 years multi-function office experience
Proficient with Microsoft software
Valid Drivers License
A proven self-starter with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills
Exhibit a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to interpret flight schedules
Knowledge of airport identifiers
