Required
Hands-on experience with SNP tools (e.g., CrystalBridge, Transformation Backbone)
Experience in multiple end to end SAP migrations
Proven track record of leading engagements and successfully delivering SAP migration projects
Strong understanding of SAP system architecture, integration, and migration processes
Must have good stakeholder management skills
Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Preferred
10+ years SAP experience, including multiple full-cycle SNP migrations
Ability to lead teams and manage end-to-end migration workstreams
Strong client-facing and communication skills
