Responsibilities

Study Management: Support outsourcing of PK study design, monitoring, and execution

Laboratory Support: Assist with minor lab activities, including dose material and sample/tissue preparation

Data Analysis & Informatics: Analyze PK data, maintain databases, and contribute to data-driven insights

Coding & Reporting: Apply coding techniques to streamline data entry, perform statistical analyses, and develop study reports

Collaboration & Communication: Present study findings and updates to the department and cross-functional teams

Qualification

Required

BS or MS in Biological Sciences, Data Science, or related discipline

1–2 years in preclinical R&D, ideally in biotech or pharmaceutical environments

Understanding of animal physiology and cell culture principles

Familiarity with bioanalytical methods such as ELISA, FACS, and LCMS

Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in coding for dataset management and workflow automation

Experience with database entry and maintenance

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently

Excellent communication and teamwork skills
